Do I still get VIP catering? Yes, just because the prices are low doesn't mean that standards are compromised.
Can I fly exactly where I want? Yes within reason, but the aircraft will still need to end up in a particular airport by a certain time. Stops on the way are certainly possible and may even reduce the price further!
